We love to see our products on social media and we may ask for permission to share the photos or films in our channels. The pictures would be published on our website to show what our products look like in real homes. By responding with the hashtag #yescooeedesign, you agree to the following:
You provide Cooee Design AB, a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any pictures you have responded with #yescooeedesign to be used in the Cooee Design marketing, including the right to distribute, alter and edit your images, on the Cooee Design website, email, social media and other marketing channels.

Hereby you certify that you:
1. Own all the rights to your pictures
2. Granted permission from any persons appearing in your pictures 
3. The use of your pictures by Cooee Design AB will not violate any third party’s rights or violate any law.

Hereby, you release Cooee Design AB from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses and freeing and agreeing to keep Cooee Design AB and all persons acting for Cooee Design AB from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
