Our deliveries are handled by DHL Express. It’s easy, fast and secure to ship with DHL Express. DHL Express offer several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment. During shipping you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery portal where you simply select your prefered delivery option.

All our shipments with DHL Express are climate neutral. Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Exchanges (colour, size, style) and returns (refund) can be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. The item must be unused.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, but if a product has a production defect, the shipping cost will be refunded as well. In case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item will be free.
